The TRAFMAN™ system allows for the processing of the following camera captured contraventions:

• Red Light
• Speed – Momentary speed (1 camera)
• Average Speed – Speed over distance (2 or more cameras)

Automated number plate recognition (ANPR) is performed in respect of the licence number plate of each vehicle from the camera images. Thereafter a query is sent to the eNaTIS system to retrieve the vehicle and owner details. The TRAFMAN™ system initiates the administrative (AARTO) or criminal (CPA) process as may be applicable by either uploading the data to eNaTIS to be printed and mailed or printing the notices to be mailed directly on a Z-fold mailer.
